Growing Closer to Him

Scripture:  Proverbs 21:21 Whoever pursues righteousness and love finds life, prosperity and honor. (NIV)

Reflection:  Isn't this our life in general.  We are constantly in search of love.  But if you search of Jesus and poor your love on Him, he will give you life.  Living by Him will give you the prosperity and honor in your life that we so desperately need. 

Duty:  Put down the remote and pick up your bible.  As the scripture says, if you seek Him, He will find you.  Amen.

stayed at a 1:38-1:39/500m pace.  Really got my breathing up. And a good forearm pump

Snatching felt really good.  No problems here(today)
METCON: score 5:03, and this hurt.  I thought I'd be able to do the thrusters no problem unbroken but I couldnt get my breathing right after the MU's.  The only reason I dropped the bar on the Thrusters is to take a deep breath. I felt like i was suffocating which hasn't really ever happened to me.  Video bellow of this and you can see me trying to catch my breath.

RESULTSOnly got 3 hours of sleep at the firehouse last night.  So this should make for a rough training day.

It was a cold and windy morning but got this done.
SECOND SESSION 
A. 135#, 225#, 275#, 295#, 315#, 335#, 345#, 355#
Round 1 - 1:54 breathing hard, forearms have a pretty good pumps. Legs burning from the sprint. 
Round 2 - 2:12 Holy smokes, fell off the rower at the end of this one.  Legs burning and all of my arms are jacked.  hands and forearms cramped up.  Didn't get to the last round because I couldn't hold on to the rower handle anymore.  Sleep deprived and dehydrated maybe?
P.M.
rounds 1 - 6:04, focused on breathing and moving smoothly
round 2- - 5:15, broke up pull ups 10-10, broke on some WB, my arms feeling little heavy now.  Picked up speed on burpees.
rounds 3 - Arms done, did the last 7 pull ups all singles coming off the bar.  Wall balls sets of 5. Gave it everything i had in the tank on the Box jumps and burpees to make up my time.
